Stamping with no tooling costs

SCHROEDER + BAUER is able to produce taped pins using exclusively proven in-house technology. This means the construction of the tools and production of the parts is all made by SCHROEDER + BAUER. The unwinding of the wires is handled by a NOXON wire unwinder. 

The flexible tool from SCHROEDER + BAUER makes the production especially economic as there are no tooling costs.

The harpoon coining is made according to customer specifications so that the pins on the tape can be fully integrated in further processes. The tool is designed for pins with dimensions of 0.63 x 0.63 mm. The processing of pre-plated wires or subsequent processing of surfaces is possible according to many customer specifications.
The parts are approved for applications in the automotive industry in accordance with the standard IEC 60603-8:1990.
