SCHROEDER + BAUER has developed the MODULAR Innovative System MODULARIS.

The modular design of tools has been common practice for many years. MODULARIS now puts SCHROEDER + BAUER one step ahead:
To respond effectively to our customer wishes with new technologies and innovative product solutions we have designed the MODULARIS-HE and MODULARIS-BBS concepts.

MODULARIS-HE, our High-End modular design solution, enables very high precision in assembly and press-fit tools. MODULARIS-HE is suitable for applications which require an innovative technical solution, e.g. assembly tools, press-fit tools or laser welding.

MODULARIS-BBS, our BusBar modular design Solution offers maximum quality with a compact design. This is made possible by new materials, punch design and guiding elements. MODULARIS-BBS is the economic option for batch sizes from 500,000 to 2 million parts per year.
